This week we are praying for the Crown Nomination Committee as they meet to decide who will be the next Bishop of Sheffield.
The committee will be meeting together on Monday 28th November, and the Cathedral we will have a space dedicated to praying for the decision process from Thursday 24th November.

Heavenly Father,
whose risen Son gives gifts of service and leadership to his Church,
grant the wisdom of your Holy Spirit to all who will discern
and choose the next Bishop of Sheffield.
Lead us, Lord, as we journey toether and make your way plain to all.
We ask this through him who came not to be served
but to serve,
Jesus Christ our Lord,
